Proact IT Group was awarded the Service Partner of the Year prize during a gala dinner at the 11th NetApp EMEA Partner Executive Forum in Tallinn, Estonia. The judges praised Proact’s long-standing commitment, stating: “Proact IT Group has continued its significant investment in NetApp Professional and Support Services and is recognised by customers as a provider of proactive high-quality services. Proact, a multi-country provider, has delivered outstanding performance, including cloud and NetApp SolidFire solutions.”
The Swedish awards ceremony was held in conjunction with the NetApp Partner Academy in Stockholm. At this event, Proact was named as Partner of the Year, while three Proact employees received individual awards including Sales Representative of the Year, Systems Engineer of the Year, and Data Fabric Partner of the Year.
NetApp’s Dutch Partner Awards took place in The Hague during NetApp’s annual Channel Kick-off event. Proact was commended for receiving SolidFire with open arms, positioning and selling this technology in a number of top customers. As a consequence of this hard work, Proact was named as SolidFire Partner of the Year and received praise for the careful consideration and testing which was conducted to ensure guaranteed quality of service.
The NetApp Partner Awards recognise channel partners and individual staff members who make extraordinary efforts for customers, and who have successfully contributed to projects with high levels of service.
